OUR CANDLES
Hand-poured in Québec, Canada, MAROAH candles are made with a 100% vegan blend of coconut, apricot and soy wax. We chose this combination for what each wax brings to the candle, from the finish and burn to the way fragrance unfolds in the room.
Our fragrances are inspired by everyday moments: mornings that call for open windows. Dinners that stretch long past the plan. Afternoons lost inside an idea. Nights when home is the only invitation you need.
MAROAH fragrances are designed to reflect our different states of being, the ways we experience the same space, and the many dimensions of who we are.

The meaning behind MAROAH
Home can be where you came from, where you are, and what you create between the two.
MAROAH takes its name from Maroa, in Amazonas State, Venezuela.
Starting again somewhere new changes the way familiar details are seen. Colours, landscapes, language, rituals and memories begin appearing in unexpected places, carrying pieces of one home into another.
MAROAH grew in that meeting of worlds: mountains beside rivers, dense green beneath immense skies, tropical sun and Canadian snow, memory and discovery, emotion and place. The familiar keeps resurfacing inside the new, sometimes through a colour, sometimes through an atmosphere, sometimes through a fragrance that takes you somewhere before you understand why.
Those contrasts, unexpected pairings and invisible connections sit at the heart of MAROAH.
