We prepare each order with care and ship from Québec.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During launches or busy periods, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout once your address is entered.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it along the way.

Local & international orders

We currently ship within Canada.
If you’re located elsewhere and interested in MAROAH, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help when possible.

Delays

While we work carefully and ship promptly, delivery timelines are ultimately handled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.
